CANCELLATION POLICY
At Nessie keeps it clean LLC, we value both our clients time in our scheduling availability. To ensure we can provide the best service possible to all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling request we made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. •Cancellations made less than 24 hour before the scheduled cleaning may be subjected to a cancellation fee. •Same-day cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. •If our team is unable to access the property upon arrival, it may be considered a same-day cancellation. • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit before future bookings. We understand emergencies and unexpected situations happen and we will always do our best to work with our clients when possible.
